Glide's studio is a brand new 1400 square ft. fitness studio fully equipped for small group classes in Pilates Reformer and Chair with top-of-the-line STOTT PILATES™ equipment.  The front of the studio has plenty of room for larger group classes in Barre, SURFSET®, and CORE training.  We pride ourselves at Glide on giving you great service and that one-on-one experience, even in a large group setting.

Glide has a variety of small fitness accessories for sale that are perfect for a little extra credit at home, on the road, on vacation, or wherever you can fit your workouts in. Our instructors can even put together a "take home" workout for you by scheduling a 1 hr. or 1/2 hr. private lesson.  What you will get is a fully customized workout plan for you to take with you whenever you can't make it into the studio.  Call or email for more information.

  • To insure that all classes begin on time, please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before class.  To insure a spot in the class, please sign up online and make sure that your class package is current.
  • All small group cancellations need to be made at least 5 hours prior to the start time to avoid being charged for the class.  Large group cancellations can be made up until 1 hour prior to the start time.
  • Some Pilates equipment classes require instructor approval before signing up based on the level of the class. Please call or email to see if it is an appropriate class for you.
  • Please put all cell phones on silent.  No shoes, gum, or drinks without lids will be allowed in the studio.

What should I bring?

All you need to bring is a towel and some water with you to class.

How do I sign up for classes?

Go to Glide's mind body page and register for classes online. You can also text us at 561-510-0470 and we can add you in. We recommended that you sign up online to insure a spot in the class.

What should I wear?

Comfortable yoga-type clothing is best.  Really anything you can move and stretch in.  All classes are done barefoot or with gripper socks if preferred.

How long are classes?

All of Glide's classes are 50-55 minutes in length.

What if it's my first time?

It is recommended on your first time to arrive around 5-10 minutes early so that you can fill out our new client form, have a chance to get acquainted with the studio and speak to the instructor about any modifications you may need in class.

I haven't worked out in awhile, is this safe for me to try?

All of our class are zero impact and easy on the joints.  As with all exercise it is recommended that you talk to your doctor and make sure you are safe to work out especially post-natal and post-surgical.  Call us or email us and we will be happy to recommend the best class for you to try to ease back into your workout routine.
