CORE™ Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training™ workouts combine interval training exercises initiated by the core with high intensity strength training methods. Resistance bands, BOSU balls and light weights are incorporated to add resistance and intensity without overloading the joints. An ideal exercise routine if you like the challenge of crossfit and bootcamp classes but also want to save your joints.
